Hitachi and and Samsung

The South Korean company Samsung it has reached an agreement with the unit of keeping data in the Japanese Hitachi obtain it using a license patents related to the production of hard disk drives.
Samsung explained that the agreement would include patents owned by Hitachi and IBM Foundation of America, but did not disclose further details.
It is noteworthy that Hitachi bought units of hard disk of the IBM Foundation in 2002 compared to two billion dollars, as they had in December last year filed a lawsuit against Samsung Electronics and set up another lawsuit against it in March of this year.
